OUR RETURNS POLICYYou may return any product you have purchased to us that is unused and undamaged, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund.
Rockport is unable to offer exchanges on return items via our online store. Returning your product to Rockport.com.au is free of charge. We cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns, to request a return:
(a) Simply fill in the details on the Return Form and your postage label will be emailed to you.
(b)When packaging the returned items please use the same shipping carton that was used when receiving the shoes, or please place the returned items in an alternative shipping carton.
(c) Attach the postage label to the shipping carton and return the item(s) to us in the same condition it was received. Ensure the return carton contains the unused and undamaged product, all labels and swing tags, and product packaging including the undamaged shoebox.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all product swing tags and labels attached.
• Please try on footwear on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. Footwear must be returned unmarked and must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
Registered users can print the postage label, view Return Requests and Status of each Return from My Account. Please ensure you are logged in when you request your return.
The original shipping cost of the order will not be reimbursed to the customer.
Due to high order volumes, our returns process is currently experiencing delays. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement

PAYPAL, ZIP PAY & AFTERPAY
All orders purchased using Paypal, Zip Pay or Afterpay must be returned through our online store, for a refund only. Orders may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.
